I liked the characters and found them enjoyable to follow. I especially liked the blurred lines of good and evil drawn between the demons and the humans who hunted them. Who were the real demons in this story? The author is known for her published erotica, and she's tossed some into this story, breaking some taboos along the away, without losing sight of the plot. The action scenes were fun and the pacing is pretty quick throughout. There were a few questions regarding a secondary character that, I felt, should have been addressed in this novel, but maybe the author intends to reveal those answers in her second book. Even so, there should have been some way to show that they were not completely forgotten, as it appeared they had been.
